Literacy Support (Grades 3–6) – Teacher on Special Assignment

As the Literacy TOSA for grades 3–6, I work closely with students, teachers, and families to support literacy growth across upper elementary. My role includes providing targeted small group instruction, supporting data-driven interventions, and collaborating with classroom teachers to implement effective reading and writing strategies. I also help coordinate assessments and use student data to tailor instruction that meets diverse learning needs. My goal is to ensure that every student builds the confidence and skills needed to thrive as a reader and writer.
